Guest Policy

“Guests” using the common ground/facilities of Pine Lakes Ranch (e.g., beach shelter, boat ramp, ponds and easement property) are those persons who are personally authorized by a member or those residing temporarily at the Pine lakes Ranch property of a member, and as further specified in Article V, Section 5.01 A of the Pine lakes Ranch CC&Rs

“Section 5.01 Each owner of a Block, condominium unit, his family, licensees, invitees and lessees, or contract purchasers who reside on the property, shall be entitled to use the Association Properties subject to:

A. The provisions of the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and the Pine Lakes Ranch Restrictions. Each owner agrees that in using the Association properties he will comply with the provisions of such Articles, ByLaws and the Pine Lakes Ranch Restrictions, including the Pine Lakes Ranch Rules.”…
