Pine Lakes Ranch Landscaping Policy

Landscaping on exclusive lands shall be up to the lot owner’s discretion. With the exception that landscaping on exclusive lands should not interfere with established views on other blocks or otherwise restrict the use or enjoyment of other block owners of their property. Any landscaping shall not interfere with road maintenance.

Any of these exceptions must have plans, drawings or sketches of proposed landscaping submitted to the Architectural Committee for evaluation and recommendation for Board approval.

Any landscaping on non-exclusive land (including fencing) must receive approval of the Board, by submitting plans to the Architectural Committee.
